🔏Dogechain.info wallet now 🚫closed forever since 31 December, 2024 but still has chance to recover on some cases.

To recover your dogechain.info successfully, you need have enough info or data. we classified the different cases of our clients as following:
1.You lost your Dogechain.info password🔑:
Dogechain.com team Can Not help you reset the password. because the decryption process is something like: private keys+Your password+random salts–> Encrypted code. dogechain.info. only stored the encrypted data on its server. So the only way is to bruteforce it with your rough idea of password.
Requirments: Only possible if you meet any one of the following options:
- You have wallet ID +Access to your email+ rough idea for password (This option ❌due to login page close since 31st, December, 2024)
- You have an exported backup/private key* + rough idea for password ✔️
- You have a json file+rough idea for password✔️
- Download the payload and salt from console/developerer tool of browser✔️
- Requested encrypted Data** from privacy@dogechain.info ✔️
*Exported backup is the one you exported before on dogechain.info, when you open it with notepad, you can see it start with “salt(+*********==),payload(**………...” if you did not set password, it would be private key you can import to core wallet directly. So you may call it privatekey but it is encrypted. you cant use it directly on other wallets.
**Encrypted wallet Data: is the email sent by dogechain.info. with Subject: “SENSITIVE: Encrypted Dogechain Wallets“
As long as you hold above data. we can decrypt the payload to access to your doge after find the correct password. No need their login page. So this still available after dogechain.info/wallet closed.
2. No 2Fa ❌
No matter you lost phone, deleted 2fa app or never got 2fa to your email. as long as you have password, wallet ID and access to your email, there is good chance to recover it. if you lost password, it would take more time on the whole recovery process.
3. Lost wallet ID ❌
As long as you access to the email address your wallet attached to, there is no problem. but you need act fast before 31, December, 2024.
You only need donate a share (average 20%-30%) after you get recovered successfully.
